POW

Boxing basics for all levels using a variety of boxing and circuit training exercises including battle ropes, bags, and kettlebells. *Non-Contact. You will however, rain sweat.

 

POWer

Brian's high-intensity boxing circuit class using mitt work, Brian's signature combos, HIIT exercises, and balance work. *Very light contact. You will definitely get tapped if you don't slip or weave like you're told.

 

emPOWer

Learn advanced mitt work, and increased exposure to more boxing equipment including the speed bag, wall mount heavy bag, and double end bag. *Light Contact.

 

Straps

35 minute Full body workout with various exercises using suspension straps.

 

Juiced

35 minute HIIT class with one focus - Intensity.

The name says it all. We focus on strengthening and toning all the parts ya momma gave ya.

 

Circuit

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise and weight training.

Learn proper form and what it means to reach your threshold. We'll teach you how to breathe, stretch and pose to the best of

An intro to strength training for someone new to weights and ready to learn and build lean muscle.

Take it up a notch. Here we combine free weights with lower body work and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Lunch time 35 minute boxing class to work off that stressful morning and prep you for a productive afternoon.

Cancellation Policy

For morning classes, please cancel before 9PM the night before. For evening classes, please cancel by 9AM the day of. This allows time for others to sign up. Thank you for your consideration! Repeat no-shows will be warned and then charged a late fee.
